The '''Tweede Divisie '''is the third level of ice hockey in the [[Netherlands]], below the [[Eredivisie]] and the [[Eerste Divisie]]. 

The first third-level competition was contested as the '''3de Klasse''' in 1947-48 and was held until 1949-50. It was also known as the '''Competitie Afdeling AA''' in 1948-49.

The third tier of Dutch hockey was also (from 1967 to 1991) known as the '''3e Divisie'''. It was then referred to as the '''Reserve Divisie''' from 1991 to 1993. The competition later became known as the '''2e Divisie''' in 1993-94.

The competition was called the '''Toekomst Divisie''' from 1994-1999. It then became the '''Regiocompetitie''' from 2000-2004.
