RU-38 (full name: Rosenlewin Urheilijat-38) was a sports club in Pori, Finland. It was founded in 1938 by the W. Rosenlew Company, a local manufacturing enterprise.
RU-38's hockey section was promoted to the top-level SM-sarja after a second place finish in the Suomi-sarja in 1964.
After qualifying for the SM-sarja, RU-38 went about upgrading their roster, buying players from neighboring teams with the club's manufacturing money. This was one of the first steps toward professionalism which eventually led to the league's demise in 1975.
The club was successful during their short stint in the top-tier of Finnish hockey. They won the Finnish Cup 3-2 over SaiPa in 1965. RU-38 later claimed the SM-sarja championship in 1967, finishing three points ahead of TPS Turku in the standings.
RU-38 merged with Porin Karhut to form Ässät Pori in 1967.
