Porin Karhut was a sports club in Pori, Finland that existed from 1960 to 1967. It was formed in 1960 by the merger of Porin Palloilijat and Porin Kärpät. Kärpät's primary focus was on hockey, while Palloilijat was predominantly a football club

The club's hockey section promptly won the Suomi-sarja in 1961 and was promoted to the top-level SM-sarja the following year.

After three moderately successful years in the SM-sarja, Karhut broke through in 1964-65. They finished tied for first with Ilves Tampere, with both teams having 24 points apiece. Karhut won the tiebreaker game 5-1 to become Finnish champions in 1965.

They played two more seasons in the SM-sarja before merging with RU-38 Pori to form Ässät Pori in 1967.
