HK Dinamo Juniors is an ice hockey team in Riga, Latvia. The club was founded as HK Juniors Riga in 2011 before taking on their present name in 2013.

They were founded in 2011 to play in the Minor Hockey League Division B, a multi-national junior competition. Between 2011 and 2013, the club played in both the MHL-B and the Latvian Hockey League, finishing as runners-up in the latter in 2013. They withdrew from the MHL-B following the 2013 season in order to devote their full resources to the Latvian League.

The club played in the 2013-14 IIHF Continental Cup after the Latvian champion, HK SMScredit, declined their spot in the competition.
