The 2019-20 Ukrainian Hockey League season was the 28th season of the Ukrainian Hockey Championship. Six teams participated in the league this season, and HC Kremenchuk won the championship.

The playoffs were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The semifinals and final were played from September 1-October 20, 2020.
