The 2001-02 Copa del Rey was the 30th edition of Spain's national cup competition. It was won by CH Jaca, who defeated FC Barcelona in the final to claim the title.
First round
- CG Puigcerda - CH Gasteiz 4-2[1], L-W, (Puigcerda advanced on Forfeit*)
- Majadahonda HC - CHH Txuri Urdin 2-2 (also reported as 3-2[1]), 5-2

Notes
(*After the teams split the first two games, the national federation arranged the decisive match between Puigcerda and Gasteiz on April 6. However, Gasteiz's junior team was playing in the final of the Copa del Principe on the same day. The two clubs then agreed to move the game to March 23, but their request was denied by the federation. Gasteiz, requiring their junior players for the game, elected to forfeit.)
